Features to be focused:
- The handset running on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich is powered by 1.5GHz dual core processor.
- It has 4.3 inch super AMOLED capacitive touch-screen with 16M colors and 540×960 pixels of resolution.
- The internal storage of the smart-phone is 8GB with an expandable microSD card slot of upto 32GB.
- To take image shot the smart-phone has an 8MP back camera with autofocus, LED Flash and 3264×2448 pixels of resolution. It has a front camera too for video calling.
- For wireless connectivity it is featured with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Wi-Fi Hotspot with Bluetooth v4.0 and microUSB v2.0.

Later this year the company is also planning to add two new members to the Motorola RAZR family, Motorola RAZR HD, Motorola RAZR MAXX HD. These two smart-phones claim to offer a battery backup of 21 hours talk time and 10 hours video streaming. This is a crucial time for all the smart-phone makers as the king of the market Apple is going to launch the new iPhone 5 next week.
