The life is becoming easier with latest technological advancements for people like me who work from home. As I work from Home most of time and my Laptop is my only machine which I use for my office work. So, my laptop is most crucial and important part of my life.
Suddenly one day my laptop stopped working and that was a very painful moment for me as my office life comes to standstill. As all of my office files are on it that’s why working on office software was impossible.

Even when the store was very crowded, the staff was very good at attending me and I didn’t find them in any hurry.
Btw, Coming back to my laptop Repairing thing. To get my laptop repaired I I dialed 18001031044 which is a Toll Free number of Reliance Digital across the nation. Over there I was able to register my complaint about faulty nature of Laptop and then I got a service request number by an executive. Also I got Message of service request number on my phone which was really helpful. I love the fact that they understood my problem that my office work will hamper because of it and that’s why they took my problem at High Priority.
The Reliance resQ person visited same day in evening as I registered complaint in Morning. They checked the issue and got to know that it might take some days to resolve the issue. So, they gave me a standby unit from which I could continue with my office work while the laptop was being repaired by Reliance resQ trained technician. I was very happy by the fact that the technicians at resQ are at least ITI and Diploma in their respective fields. And after some days I got my laptop in good running condition with their valuable efforts. So, I was really very satisfied with the repairing of my laptop from Reliance resQ.
