The great part is that it is only a 15 minutes’ drive to Sohna road from Gurgaon’s prime location, Golf Course.

 

The other point, a rather important one at that, is that it is very affordable as property prices in Delhi and Gurgaon are high and that increases difficulty for people to own a house in these locations. The probable buyers can purchase their dream home in South of Gurgaon at practically half the amount equated to Delhi & Gurgaon.

 

Another motivation for individuals to live in South of Gurgaon is that it has great connectivity to main milestones in the town which contains learning hubs, clinic, hospital, hotels, etc. The South of Gurgaon is nearer to reputed institutions such as DPS School, Ryan International School, Amity University; there are hospitals such as Medanta, Fortis, and Paras hospitals nearby; and even comfortable hotels are more accessible. As in times to come, the property value in Gurgaon will increase further, and so will the property prices in South of Gurgaon which means that it is expected to offer higher return on investment. Now that in itself is a very encouraging sign for both property buyers and investors.

 

Last but not the least, there are future schemes that will be implemented here by the Government too. Even now, we can see projects about to begin or in a stage of progress like the Delhi-Mumbai Freight Corridor, Badshahpur Flyover which would be a 2 km long high road in the direction of Badshahpur market, Orbital Rail Corridor that will attach South of Gurgaon to further cities to NCR, and many more like these are expected to come up in near future. Projects like these will absolutely lessen the interval to transport from South of Gurgaon to any city of Delhi NCR, making daily travel a pleasant affair.

 

With all the above mentioned points, we can conclude that it is all clear why South of Gurgaon is a paradise for Investors.
