OnePlus, the global technology brand, today unveiled the OnePlus Nord 2 5G and the OnePlus Buds Pro, as an extension of the OnePlus Nord and the OnePlus TWS portfolio, respectively.
With the launch of the OnePlus Nord 2 5G and the OnePlus Buds Pro, the company continues to deliver a premium yet accessible experience across varying price ranges and product segments.
OnePlus Nord 2 5G
The successor to the original OnePlus Nord, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G combines flagship-level hardware, from camera and performance to charging and design. With top-notch performance powered by the flagship MediaTek chipset Dimensity 1200-AI coupled with OnePlus’ signature OxygenOS software, the new Nord 2 ensures that a fast, smooth, and uncompromised experience is delivered to the users.
On the camera front, the Nord 2 5G is armed with 50MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, which is capable of capturing 56% more light than the Sony IMX586 from the first Nord. It also features an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 119.7-degree field of view, 2MP mono camera with f/2.5 aperture and feature of 4K video at 30fps. For selfifes, it has a 32MP selfie camera with a Sony IMX615 sensor with features of Dual Video with the help of front and rear camera. The rear camera comes with Nightscape Ultra, an enhanced version of OnePlus’s Nightscape Mode. It is also equipped with AI Video Enhancement which improves the brightness, color, and contrast of video recordings in real-time. For stills, the Nord 2 comes with AI Photo Enhancement, a feature which recognizes up to 22 different photography scenarios and automatically adjusts the settings for improved results.
Pricing and Avilability:
The 6GB+128GB variant (Blue Haze) is priced Rs. 27,999 and will be available from August, 2021. The 8GB + 128GB variant ( Blue Haze, Gray Sierra ) is priced Rs. 29,999 and will be available from 28th August. The 12GB + 256GB variant (Blue Haze and Gray Sierra ) is priced Rs. 34999 and will be available from 28th July whereas the Green Woods colored phone at the same price will be available from August, 2021.
OnePlus Nord 2 5G (8GB and 12GB variants – Blue Haze and Gray Sierra) will be available to existing Red Cable Club members on 26th July and 27th July via the Red Cable First Sale on oneplus.in, OnePlus Store app & OnePlus Experience Stores.
