InFocus Turbo 5 – A Smartphone that Combines Beauty with Brains

InFocus, a privately possessed company grounded out of the United States which went quiet for almost 9 months has finally propelled its latest smartphone InFocus Turbo 5 for the Indian consumers. InFocus Turbo 5 smartphone was launched on 28th June 2017 in the country and will be available in two variations – 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM valued at Rs. 6,999 and the 3GB RAM variant corresponding with 32GB internal memory is priced at Rs. 7,999.

#InFocusTurbo5 comes with a 5000 mAh huge battery which brings talk time up to 23 hours and up to 816 hours of stand-in time and also supports reverse charging which can charge other phones using OTG, just like a power bank. It features a 5.2 inch (720X1280) HD IPS display powered by 1.25 GHz quad-core Mediatek  MT6737 processor coupled with 2GB/3GB of RAM. It has 16GB/32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB through a micro SD card slot.

InFocus Turbo 5 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, out of the box and has all the connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Dual Sim, WiFi, GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The device comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera as well as a 5-megapixel front camera which is powered by a CMOS sensor. It also comes with finger print scanner on the back side which unlocks the phone in less than a second! The phone measures 150X74X9 mm and with a screen size of 5.2 inches, it is very comfortable to hold in the hand for longer durations.

In my opinion this phone is a combination of beauty with brains as it has quite good looks and a decent configuration to make  it desirable for techies in this price segment. I want to emphasis that in the under 8,000 price segment this device shines. However, there are phones which might be better than this but then they cross the price limit. So, obviously at this price point, I would definitely go with Infocus Turbo 5.

With the increase in the use of smartphones, another most essential feature which is important is the battery. This phone does not disappoint on the battery front as it comes with a powerful 5000mAH battery which can easily last upto 2 days with mid-level usage. If you only use this phone for calling and low internet usage, then this might last even more.
In India, the company is selling this InFocus Turbo 5 below Rs. 8000 which looks great, particularly in a case of design which is quiet sleek and is light to use which makes InFocus Turbo 5 more stylish. The InFocus Turbo 5 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and a hybrid slot for Micros SD card or another SIM.

The unique reverse charging feature allows it to act as a power bank to charge other mobiles. The device is only 8.95 mm thick and weights only 164 gm. InFocus offers the best fingerprint smartphone in its segment. The feature which makes this smartphone even more attractive is Sensor on the phone which  include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.

You can buy this device from  Amazon. So hurry before it gone!
