Vivo launched a limited edition version of its V5 Plus smartphone to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the IPL. Called the Vivo V5 Plus Limited Edition, the smartphone sports a Matte Black finish, the Vivo IPL logo at the back and a new cricket-based theme pre-installed on the phone. Vivo’s latest smartphone Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition is now available to purchase in India at a price of Rs 25,990 on Flipkart in an exclusive deal. The newer version of the device is cheaper than the original V5 Plus launched back in January.
The price tag on the latest by Vivo appears worth all that hardware and a shiny customized look for the cricket enthusiasts. Unlike most limited edition smartphone, the Vivo V5 Plus IPL edition does not burn a hole in the consumer’s pocket. With the obvious intention of luring a cricket crazy nation towards the brand, Vivo has picked the right time to launch its new smartphone.The new V5 Plus IPL edition is priced at Rs. 25990 exclusively on Flipkart.

The limited edition phone is identical to the standard Vivo v5 plus aside from matte black panel and the shiny IPL logo. The highlight of the phone is still the dual-front camera setup consisting of 20MP and 8MP cameras, which are used to create bokeh selfies. The soft glow front facing LED flash, which is called Moonlight Flash by the company is also present. At the back of the phone is a 16MP camera. The newer device sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 platform with 4GB of RAM. The device is equipped with a 3055mAh battery and offers 64GB of storage. It runs Funtouch OS 3.0, which is based on Android Marshmallow.
