Since the time Samsung has entered in the market of smart-phones it has always shown a rise in it’s sales and revenue as compared to the previous year. But in 2012 Samsung has shown a tremendous improvement in it’ sales by shipping 42.2 million smart-phones and total 93.8 million phones in the first quarter. It is on number one position in the charts at present that means Samsung Leads Market in Smart Phones.
In 2009, Samsung has set up a target of 200 million phones to be shipped but hit the market by shipping 227 million phones. After that in 2010, it showed an improvement of more than 20% as compared to last year by shipping 280 million phones. Last year in 2011, it crossed sales of 300 million phones.
Currently, Samsung has acquired 23.5% market globally with shipping of 93.8 million phones and by the end of this year this Korean company is expected to have sales of more than 350 million leaving behind all it’s leading competitors.
