Samsung India today announced launch of the Galaxy On series of smartphones: Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7, which will be sold online through Flipkart. Manufactured in India, the new 4G enabled smartphones are packed with a host of services and features which take the smartphone experience to the next level. The Samsung On5 & On7 will be available in Gold & Black colours and the product will go on sale on Flipkart from midnight of 4th November at an attractive price of INR 10,990 for On7 & INR 8,990 for On5.
The new devices will come with unique built in features like the UDS (Ultra Data Saving) Mode and 4G Download Booster which promise to provide a differentiated experience to the millennial. Samsung has also expanded its partnership with MixRadio providing users of the Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 with easy to use, personalized music streaming services. Consumers will also be able to enjoy a host of exclusive deals and offers with the pre-loaded My Galaxy app on the Galaxy On5 and On7.

The smartphone comes with full 4G LTE capability which enables faster browsing and download/ upload speeds, allowing the user to do more. Coupled with the ‘Ultra Data Saving’ (UDS) mode, it ensures that the user has access to more internet while using less data and hence, more content. All this goes along with the large HD 5.5” (On7) & 5” (On5) display. which is made for crystal clear clarity and comfortable viewing. Users can be assured of an engaging, effortless and enriching viewing experience.
The new device comes with the Mix Radio app preloaded, which promises unlimited music across a variety of genres. Users can enjoy over 30 million tracks. Music is also available in 12 languages spanning Bollywood, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Malyalam, Bhojpuri, Oriya, Rajasthani, Gujarati and Marathi, as well as an international catalogue. Both the phones feature a powerful primary (13MP for On7 & 8MP for On5) and secondary camera (5MP for both). The front camera can also recognize palm gestures to click selfies and is capable of clicking 120 degree wide ‘groupfies’. Users can also quick launch the camera with a double-tap for a differentiated experience to capture precious moments instantly.
