Gingerbread VS Icecream Sandwich is most talked about topic now a days a till now most of the android smart-phones in the market are using Android version 2.3 Gingerbread, but after the release of Ice-cream sandwich the market’s influence has shifted towards the new version of Android. There has been chase between the versions in the market just like Tom n Jerry.
The User Interface of the version 4.0 is gaining a lot of attention. Due to it’s highly interactive nature and other new features users are more likely to be attracted towards the ice-cream sandwich. The improvement in multi-tasking and widgets has brought up a new look and feel in the version and this is the reason why all the smart-phone manufacturers are updating the version of the Android operating system in the smart-phones.
The camera and picture quality has also improved a lot as compared to Gingerbread with different live effects that can be used while doing video chatting. Also this version tried to gain attention in security issues, although not successful, through face unlocking. With it’s improved speed and better interactivity this new version has covered a huge market since it’s release in November 2011.
